CXL DUE TO WEATHER - March 19, 2017- VENDOR SPACE 8am - Noon - General Merchandise/Services -$50+tax This is VENDOR SPACE ONLY - This is for General Merchandise/Services (no knives, weapons, alcoholic beverages, or selling of animals). Each Vendor receives one complimentary Daytime Tour of RHA on day of event. Vendor Space is approx 8x10 - inside. You must bring your own tables (chairs provided). We have limited electricity (bring own cord, power strip and duck tape to secure to floor). Vendor is responsible for proper Licenses, Taxes, etc., when applicable by Genesee County and/or the State of NY. You are allowed to bring a small cooler and commercially sealed beverage containers only - ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY - NO ALCOHOL OR DRUGS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY - No weapons of any kind. Smoking in designated smoking area only - NOT at your tent. Ages 14-17 with a school ID when accompanied by a parent Ages 18+ with valid ID only - General Admission Arrive at 9am for set up - Summer Bash is 10am to 6pm - No Early or Late Entry.
