Preamble

The facility is old,  historical and includes many flights of stairs. It is suggested you have the ability to walk up to one+ miles including stairs, unassisted.
Plan to arrive between 15-20 minutes early. This affords you enough time to park your vehicles, gather all your equipment, and be in line with your Valid ID and Pre-Paid Confirmation Ticket.  Most tours & hunts include a guided walking tour that winds through the nearly 60,000 sq. ft. facility and  focuses on the historical and paranormal history of the property,

Are you a newbie or a novice?  
 
Want to try your hand at ghost hunting, but not certain of what to do? 
Do you only have the basic equipment such as a camera and a mag light, 
but really want to get your hands on some of the more advanced equipment. 
 
We now offer one on one training for you and/or your group during any private hunt - such as Quarantined or Mid-Week Quarantined.
 
You may choose to have either the Owner of RHA or an RHA Senior Staff person accompany your team for part or all of the evening. 
 
You will learn investigative techniques including how to take a baseline reading, how to conduct an EVP session, how to debunk your photos, and how to use the tools of the trade.
