May 21, 2017 -Psych Fair -Vendor Space 8a-4p (Psychic/Tarot) -$100+tax This is VENDOR SPACE ONLY - This is for Service Providers - such as Psychic/Mediums,Tarot or Palm Readers, Channelers, Reiki, etc. Each Vendor receives one complimentary Daytime Tour of RHA on day of event. Vendor Space is approx 8x10 - inside. You must bring your own table (we supply chairs.) Very limited electricity (vendor must supply extension cord/power strip and duct tape to tape cord safely). Vendor is responsible for proper Licenses, Taxes, etc., when applicable by Genesee County and/or the State of NY. You are allowed to bring a small cooler and commercially sealed beverage containers only - ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY - NO ALCOHOL OR DRUGS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY - Coolers subject to inspection. No weapons of any kind. Smoking in designated smoking area only - NOT at your tent. Ages 14-17 with a school ID when accompanied by a parent Ages 18+ with valid ID only - General Admission Arrive at 9am for set up - Summer Bash is 10am to 6pm - No Early or Late Entry. Vendors must not break down early. This is a Rain or Shine event. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
