Vendor Space is approx 12x12 - outside. You must bring your own Pop up tent. tables, and chairs. We do NOT offer electricity. Vendor is responsible for proper Licenses, Taxes, etc., when applicable by Genesee County and/or the State of NY. You are allowed to bring a small cooler and commercially sealed beverage containers only - ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY - NO ALCOHOL OR DRUGS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY - Coolers subject to inspection. No weapons of any kind. Smoking in designated smoking area only - NOT at your tent. Ages 14-17 with a school ID when accompanied by a parent Ages 18+ with valid ID only - General Admission Arrive at 9am for set up - Summer Bash is 10am to 6pm - No Early or Late Entry. Vendors must not break down early. This is a Rain or Shine event. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
